DJ OWE Website And Services

This section applies to bookings, DJ OWE Record Pool subscriptions, payments, and activity on djowe.com. It does not describe data from outside record-pool services or the local music library inside AXIOM Lite.

Bookings

Booking forms may collect name, email, phone number, event date, venue or suburb, guest count, music notes, quote details, deposit status, and booking-message history.

DJ OWE Record Pool Subscriptions

DJ OWE stores the information needed to manage a DJ OWE Record Pool subscription on djowe.com. This may include the account email, selected DJ OWE membership tier, subscription status, payment-provider reference identifiers, and download activity within DJ OWE. DJ OWE does not collect or store login details, membership records, or download history from third-party record-pool services.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. DJ OWE stores checkout and access records, but does not store full card numbers in the website database.

Website Analytics

DJ OWE may record page visits, checkout actions, form starts, download activity on djowe.com, and similar events to understand what is working and improve the service.

AXIOM

AXIOM App Data

AXIOM Lite and AXIOM Pro have different account and licensing models. The details below state clearly which data handling applies to each edition.

AXIOM Lite

AXIOM Lite works locally with music folders and DJ-library files that the user selects. It does not require a DJ OWE account or activation key, and it does not send library contents, track lists, source audio, device identifiers, IP addresses, analytics, or usage history to DJ OWE. Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple. DJ OWE does not receive or store full payment-card details.

AXIOM Pro And Direct Licensing

AXIOM Pro and direct-download AXIOM editions may record an activation key, device fingerprint, device label, IP address, approximate country or region, license status, and validation timestamps so DJ OWE can operate trials, device limits, offline grace, support, and anti-sharing checks. These licensing records do not apply to AXIOM Lite from the Mac App Store.

AXIOM Lite Storage And Deletion

AXIOM Lite stores its library index, settings, prepared sets, and purchase-credit balance in its macOS application container. Source audio and private Serato or djay databases remain unchanged. Users can reset the AXIOM library in Settings and can remove the remaining local data by deleting AXIOM Lite and its application container.
