Activation Rules
These rules explain how AXIOM trials, activation keys, device slots, included access, Mac app access, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and fair-use checks work.
AXIOM Web Availability
AXIOM Web is no longer available.
30-Day Mac Trial
AXIOM PRO for Mac can be downloaded without website login. Sign in with a DJ OWE account inside the app to activate it. Successful activation starts 30 days of full access, including Save Sets, Export, and Performance Mode, without requiring a payment card.
License And Activation Key
The activation key identifies the AXIOM license. The key is not a transferable password and does not override the live license status stored by DJ OWE.
Mac Access
The Mac app installer is available without website login. When a trial or subscription ends, engines that have not been purchased are no longer available. A purchased engine remains usable in the Mac app, with the library, project, save, and export functions needed for that engine. Existing Mac app saved sets are preserved. The installer and license are not transferable.
Device Limit
One AXIOM license allows 2 active device activations. Device resets may disable an older activation so a replacement computer can be used.
Internet Requirement
Internet access is required for first activation, license validation, device resets, and account-review flows. AXIOM may refuse activation if DJ OWE cannot verify the license.
Offline Grace
Paid users may receive a limited offline grace window after a successful license check. The intended paid grace window is 72 hours, so normal travel and poor venue internet do not immediately block use.
Record Pool Bundle Eligibility
Only Year Pass and Back Catalogue purchases made after AXIOM early access opens qualify for 6 months of included AXIOM access. Historical purchases before launch are not automatically upgraded.
Bundle Start Date
Included AXIOM access starts on first successful AXIOM activation by an eligible account. It does not silently count down while the software is unused.
After Included Access
After included access ends, a user may subscribe to AXIOM PRO or buy eligible engines to own. AXIOM PRO is separate from DJ OWE Record Pool Core Members.
Subscriptions And Cancellation
AXIOM PRO costs USD $14.99 per month or USD $149 per year. The subscription includes every AXIOM PRO engine while active; engines are not separate purchases for an active subscriber. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund already-used access periods unless support confirms otherwise.
Engine Ownership
Engine purchases are one-time purchases, separate from a subscription: Studio DAW USD $599, Performance USD $199, Health USD $99, or Magic Set + Paste a Playlist together for USD $149. The Complete Toolkit includes those four engines for USD $999. Promotional Complete Toolkit offers, if available, are USD $699. A purchased engine remains available to the purchasing user without an active subscription, with the app functions needed to use it. Engine ownership does not grant unrelated present or future engines.
Lifetime Access
AXIOM PRO Lifetime Owner is a USD $1,500 one-time purchase. It includes lifetime AXIOM PRO app access, all current and future AXIOM PRO engines, and updates while DJ OWE continues to operate and support AXIOM. It is not a transferable license and does not include unrelated future products. Lifetime Owner checkout is not currently open.
Anti-Sharing And Fair Use
AXIOM allows normal DJ travel and two-device workflows. Suspicious use such as many devices, impossible travel, repeated resets, or unrelated locations using one key may require verification, device selection, suspension, or revocation.
Privacy Signals
AXIOM may send activation key, account, device, IP, approximate location, license status, and validation timestamps to DJ OWE for licensing, abuse prevention, support, and security. Full payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored in AXIOM.
Refunds
Because AXIOM includes a 30-day Mac trial, refund requests for paid access are reviewed case by case. Abuse, key sharing, or revoked access may not qualify for a refund.
