AXIOM Guest Preview can load up to 500 tracks without an account. Guest Preview can run Magic Set, show Library Health, and play music, but it cannot save, export, or keep the library after the browser session closes.

Activation Rules
These rules explain how AXIOM trials, activation keys, device slots, included access, browser access, Mac app access, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and fair-use checks work.
Free DJ OWE Account
A free DJ OWE account can raise the working limit to 1,000 tracks and unlock account-based saving in AXIOM Web. Mac app download and supported DJ software export require paid AXIOM access.
License And Activation Key
The activation key identifies the AXIOM license. The key is not a transferable password and does not override the live license status stored by DJ OWE.
Browser And Mac Access
AXIOM Web is available for browser-based set building. The Mac app download is available through a signed-in DJ OWE account with active paid or eligible included AXIOM access. The installer and license are for the licensed user and are not transferable.
Device Limit
One AXIOM license allows 2 active device activations across supported browsers or app installs. Device resets may disable an older activation so a replacement computer can be used.
Internet Requirement
Internet access is required for first activation, license validation, device resets, and account-review flows. AXIOM may refuse activation if DJ OWE cannot verify the license.
Offline Grace
Paid users may receive a limited offline grace window after a successful license check. The intended paid grace window is 72 hours, so normal travel and poor venue internet do not immediately block use.
Record Pool Bundle Eligibility
Only Year Pass and Back Catalogue purchases made after AXIOM early access opens qualify for 6 months of included AXIOM access. Historical purchases before launch are not automatically upgraded.
Bundle Start Date
Included AXIOM access starts on first successful AXIOM activation by an eligible account. It does not silently count down while the software is unused.
After Included Access
After included access ends, the user can continue through AXIOM monthly, yearly, or eligible lifetime buyout pricing. Back Catalogue users may receive the stronger lifetime buyout discount.
Subscriptions And Cancellation
Monthly and yearly AXIOM subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not automatically refund already-used access periods unless support confirms otherwise.
Lifetime Access
AXIOM lifetime access means lifetime access to the AXIOM software product for the purchasing user while DJ OWE continues to operate and support AXIOM. It is not a transferable license and does not include unrelated future products.
Anti-Sharing And Fair Use
AXIOM allows normal DJ travel and two-device workflows. Suspicious use such as many devices, impossible travel, repeated resets, or unrelated locations using one key may require verification, device selection, suspension, or revocation.
Privacy Signals
AXIOM may send activation key, account, device, IP, approximate location, license status, and validation timestamps to DJ OWE for licensing, abuse prevention, support, and security. Full payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored in AXIOM.
Refunds
Because AXIOM includes Guest Preview and may include time-limited account trials such as 17 days of expanded testing, refund requests for paid access are reviewed case by case. Abuse, key sharing, or revoked access may not qualify for a refund.
